Many people struggle with the power of just saying no! Because in our lives we as a people always want to help others. But what we are forgetting is the person who the decision that we are answering, may be affecting mind, body and soul. And that person is YOU!
Why do we feel the need to say anything other than just NO! Is it because of psychological manipulation that the persons or group of individuals want to influence us. Or is it avoidance of any drama or controversy.
