Mental Exercise

Day to day we focused on how we can bring “extra” into our lives, if it be extra sleep, extra monies, or extra trips. But seldom unless forced upon for a raise in our jobs (position) do we exercise our mentality. The thought of learning a new language rarely crosses our mind, but trying to achieve a higher degree does.

Volunteering for a great cause, brings self gratification but starting (a non profit) and giving ample time without being recognized around our peers is limited. Exercising your mental capacity has its rewards greater than what any physical or financial gratification can bring you. What are you doing daily, monthly, yearly to Mental Exercise yourself? What challenges are you bringing to your self?
