As we go through life, the emphasis is that building confidence is mostly focused on the physical being. Numerous amounts of advertisements are made daily. They are encouraging us to get fit or lose some pounds. Rarely are we encouraged to nourish our brain with the proper exercise and food.


What is the definition of Brain Food? Brain Food is the food, that your brain needs to flourish which gives it motivation to push you and not have the frustration or situation disrupt your ability to process any situation with clarity.
